The latest San Jose market update is in! The number of active listings on the market has been around 1,100, a 34% increase from a year ago. The median sales price for June of this year was $1.05m, which is the a very slight decrease from the $1.1m in June 2018. It’s both a buyers and sellers market, but as a buyer it would be a great time to buy with the low mortgage rates we are seeing currently.
